🆕 Guidelines for New Teams

If you’re forming a new team — welcome to NEOASA!

Due to current system limitations, team representatives must email info@neoasa.org to be added to the GotSport system.
Please include the following in your email:

• Team name
• Team representative’s name 
• Preferred division (see “Game Play” section below)
   

Once received, NEOASA will follow up with any additional information and get your team added to the system.

• All team and player registrations are handled through GotSport.
  Each season’s registration link can be found on the Season page of the NEOASA website.
• Players experiencing registration issues should contact info@neoasa.org for assistance.
• Each team is allowed one Manager to register at a discounted rate of $40.00 — be sure to select both “Player” and “Manager” during registration.

• Maximum of 25 players per roster.
• New players who email NEOASA looking for a team will be automatically placed on the team with the fewest players to help balance rosters.

NEOASA teams are formed by Team Representatives and Managers who recruit their own players. While placement cannot be guaranteed, we will do everything we can to share your information with Managers and help connect you with a team.

To be considered, please email info@neoasa.org with the following information:

• Name
   
• Age
   
• Soccer experience/background
   
• Preferred position(s)
   
• Preferred division (Men’s, Women’s, Masters, or Coed)
   

Once you are invited to join a team, you must register online through GotSport to be added to the official roster and become eligible to play.

• Players must be 18 years or older
   
• Teams may collect additional fees for referee costs, uniforms, or team expenses
   
• Players must be registered and listed on the official Match Card to participate
   
• Valid ID may be required at check-in
