•  Complete the form below to add yourself to your team’s official roster for the 39th Annual SoktoberFest Adult Soccer Festival, October 23–25, 2026.
•  All players must be 18 years of age or older at the time of their first tournament game. For age-restricted divisions, players must reach the applicable age by December 31, 2026. 
• Divisions are subject to availability and may be combined or adjusted based on the number and competitive level of teams registered.
